A 60-year alpine adventureFageråsen Fritid is not a mere quick alpine flirt. Since the early 1960s, the family-owned company has been central to the development of Trysil as a year-round destination.
Fageråsen
In 1965, the brothers Juul and Kjetil Søgaard took over their paternal farm with outlying fields on the north side of the Trysil mountain. There they saw opportunities for cabin tourism, and the two brothers became the first to focus on year-round cabins with electricity and running water. As early as the following year, they opened the first ski lift in Trysil, Familietrekket. Since then, the family-owned company Fageråsen Fritid has been central to the development of Trysil.
Today, it is the third Søgaard generation that controls the development of Fageråsen. As their predecessors, their focus is on strengthening and developing the Trysil mountain's position as the country’s leading alpine destination. This includes a varied selection of holiday homes, from cosy family cabins for the man in the street to more exclusive apartments for those who are ready to exchange a cabin with a more manageable mountain apartment.
Høyd is a project we have been looking forward to and are proud to present. The new homes are the culmination of 60 years of experience in developing and building holiday homes in the high mountains. We can in all honesty claim that this will be a unique apartment project.
